In order to process your leather repair kit and custom leather coloring we require payment in full. We accept all major credit cards by using paypal.com , International Money Orders (Cashable in Canada), Personal Checks.
We do not offer refunds unless there is a problem with the actual product.
We match the color of your colorant to the sample which you provide. So, if your leather is slightly dirty, you will get a slighly dirty color. The Colors are combined and matched EXACT to the sample you send.
If we've made an error; we cover costs of shipping; otherwise buyer absorbs all costs.
